Our Venue Rates for Space 1:
Hourly Events: $75 hr
$550 (8 hours/Half Day AM/Mid Day)
$700 (8 hours Half Day PM)
$1000 Full Day (9 AM to 11 PM)
A refundable security deposit may be required in correspondence to the nature of the event at the time of booking and shall be returned within 2 weeks with approval for no damages to property and/or items rented.
Our Venue Rates for Space 2:
Hourly Events: $150 hr
$750 (8 hours/Half Day AM/Midday)
$900 (8 hours/Half Day PM)
$1500 Full Day (9 AM to 11 PM)
