Our Venue Rates for Space 1:
Hourly Events: $150hr
$550 (6 hours/Half Day AM/PM)
$675 (6 hours, MidDay)
$1000 Full Day (9a to 11p)
with Each Rental an additional $250 Deposit is Required of which $100 will be refunded upon approval of event space proper cleanup and no damages.
Our Venue Rates for Space 2:
Hourly Events: $200hr
$750 (6 hours/Half Day AM/PM)
$875 (6 hours/MidDay)
$1500 Full Day (9a to 11p)
with Each Rental an additional $350 Deposit is Required of which $200 will be refunded upon approval of event space cleanup and no damages.
